Apple Tree's Mommy & Me group was designed to meet the needs of families who are able to attend and facilitate the therapeutic process with their child. Apple Tree is a 3 hour a day program that includes peer modeling, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, physical therapy, music therapy, social skills play group, adaptive behavior training, sensory tactile experience, and cognitive skill building activity centers. All activities are play based and child oriented. A variety of activities and experiences are offered to make this encounter an exciting, nurturing family experience.
Apple Tree believes that families are seeking out stimulation for their children beginning at birth and find themselves engaging in activity based play centers. The family goal is accomplished by being involved in play based programming such as; structured center based activity programs, mommy & me play groups, music & movement programs, and play based group activities.
Apple Tree offers this opportunity, as well as support services by highly qualified specialists that monitor the child's needs, promote growth and development, sets attainable goals, and mentors the families in all areas of child development and the many phases of life.
